I am aware that the package price does not include a rush fee. If my order is placed less than 2 weeks of the DATE that I selected above, I am responsible for adding the "Cake Rush Order Fee" which is $40, to my cart before completing check out. I understand that if I do not add the Rush Order Fee to my cart I will be invoiced for it and it will need to be paid within 24 hours or my order will be CANCELLED and REFUNDED.

All orders are Final Sale! In the event that Client must cancel or postpone their Event due to fire, flood at party location, or cause beyond the control of the parties (such as government shut down or pandemic), Client will be able to use the balance, less the cost of personalized supplies, or theme specific supplies toward a future order within 6 months. After 6 months the credit will expire.
