It is your responsibility to read and understand your orders details on your invoice. Deposit is due within 24 hours of invoice issuance or it will be CANCELLED. Balance Payments are due 2 weeks prior to the date of your order ( date stated on contract). Rush Orders are Due in FULL. (Rush orders are orders placed less than 3 weeks to date.)

All orders are Final Sale! In the event that Client must cancel or postpone their Event due to fire, flood at party location, or cause beyond the control of the parties (such as government shut down or pandemic), Client will be able to use the balance, less the non-refundable retainer and the cost of personalized supplies toward a future order within 6 months. After 6 months the credit will expire.
